Terms of Service

Welcome to Seed - API Console (the "Service"). By authenticating and generating API keys, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account & Security

To use this Service, you must sign in using your YouTube channel via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your session cookies and generated API keys.
  • All activities and requests that occur under your API credentials.
  • Promptly notifying administration of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use your API keys to transmit, store, display, or generate any prohibited content.

CRITICAL PROHIBITION: The use of this Service for any content, media, audio, metadata, references, or material related to The Wiggles (including but not limited to children's musical group content, characters, songs, performances, or brand imagery) is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be associated with Wiggles-related API requests or data storage will be terminated immediately without notice.

3. Quotas & Rate Limits

Your API keys are subject to rate limits and reset periods (e.g. daily, hourly quotas) configured by the administrators. Any attempts to bypass, spoof, or flood the gateway to exceed these limits is grounds for permanent disabling of your API credentials.

4. Scope Access Requests

Additional API access scopes can be requested via the console. Administration reviews requests individually. We reserve the right to approve, modify, or deny scope requests at our sole discretion, and to revoke scopes at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or suitability of the Service or API gateway for any particular purpose.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service or invalidate any of your API keys at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
